Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and receive the replacement at the earliest.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We confirm the order with all the customers and verify the products for any defects before shipping. Therefore if a customer wishes to return an order without a valid reason or due to change of mind, the customer will need to bear the to and fro shipping charges, cod charges (if any), along with applicable taxes.
